Shipping policy

FOR ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES

All orders in the United States now include free shipping for any products on our website (coffee or merchandise). 

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Please note that the shipping policy above is only applicable to customers in the United States. All customers from other countries will be charged a shipping fee for both coffee and merchandise products. 

Customers outside the United States will most likely be charged an import tax (eg, VAT) or import duties depending on your country's regulations. This is unfortunately out of our hands. We also cannot reflect this charge at checkout due to website limitations. We know this becomes costly with having to pay shipping and import tax. Please reach out to us directly, we are more than happy to help lower your order total with a discount code depending on the items ordered.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL MERCHANDISE ORDERS: A merchandise item is only eligible to be returned if it arrives damaged or defective, or if it is an incorrect item (different product or size than ordered). All of our merchandise are made to order items, and we cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size selected or dissatisfaction with the way merchandise fits or looks.
